FITTING
The beaded chain may be cut to length using most types of wire cutter in two steps.
First, unclasp the beaded chain at the coupler.
Second, using the non-coupled end, determine the length desired, then cut between the beads, as close to the bead, which will become the last bead on the chain.
The link chain may only be adjusted by a jewelry repair professional.
REPAIR
To fix a broken pendant and or chain, contact us and advise the nature of the damage, and we will let you know how to proceed.
RETURNS
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase from us, for returns, ship goods back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
